Your orders will be shipped within 48 hours using 1st Class Royal Mail within the UK or Royal Mail International Standard for destinations outside the UK.

For orders exceeding £30.00, we offer tracked and signed delivery.

Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for any items.

Workshop Terms and Conditions

If you find yourself unable to attend a workshop, we typically offer alternative dates.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations within 14 days of the workshop start date will incur a 50% charge of the course fee.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop start date will incur a 10% charge of the course fee.
